What pays off for your mining fleet?
Choose your ASICs, GPUs and CPUs first. SolarMiner shows suitable coins and compares their estimated returns with your energy costs.
Which devices are in your fleet?
Choose GPU models and quantities from published measurements. Platforms are not listed separately.
Custom measurements remain available in “Calculate a specific coin”. Comparison requires measurements for each coin algorithm.
What the numbers mean.
Is the calculated balance my profit?
No. The balance deducts foregone feed-in revenue and assumed grid electricity cost from mining revenue after the displayed SolarMiner fee. Hardware purchase, wear, maintenance, tax, pool fees and miner fees are excluded.
How are mixed fleets compared?
For each coin, the calculator only uses selected devices with a matching published benchmark. The results therefore show how many devices were included for each coin. ASIC, GPU and CPU hashrates from different algorithms are never mixed.
Which coins can I choose?
The list is generated automatically from complete, available and non-stale mining-network snapshots in the Currency Service. A coin dataset enables the model but does not by itself prove compatible hardware, pools or payouts.
Where do hardware values come from?
Published benchmarks provide hashrate and measured power for the matching coin or algorithm. You can instead enter your own measurements. Reference values are not mixed with your measurements.
What is the share without payment?
It is the part of your solar surplus that would receive no feed-in payment. That share creates no foregone income in the comparison.
